Where Healing & Abundance Align
“The version of you that survived deserves compassion. The version of you becoming deserves celebration.”

How Therapy Works
Therapy is a space where you can finally set down the weight you’ve been carrying — the worry, self-doubt, lost sense of self, and even money stress. At Mindful Muse, sessions are one-on-one and are designed to meet you exactly where you are, while helping you move toward where you want to be.
How Therapy Works
01. Length:
We’ll meet weekly or biweekly for 45–60 minutes, depending on your needs — something we’ll decide together.
02. Where we’ll meet:
Sessions are held virtually through a HIPAA-secure video platform, so you can access support from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
03. Insurance:
I am currently paneled with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, and Optum/United Healthcare
04. Self-Pay:
I also offer self-pay options for those who prefer more flexibility and privacy outside of using insurance.

-
Yes. I understand that life can shift quickly. You can reschedule or defer in cases of hardship, illness, or crisis. Let’s talk if something happens — you’ll always be met with compassion.
-
That’s completely normal. Many people feel unsure at first. We’ll move at your pace, and you never have to share more than you’re ready for.
-
The best way is to meet. I offer a free consult so you can ask questions, get a feel for my style, and see if it feels right for you.
